If the requested tile was not found in the tile-cache, this method is called to perform the drawing operation. Drawing is conducted on a supertile basis.

Parameters

graphics
Type: System.DrawingGraphics
The Graphics object representing the canvas on which to draw.
rc
Type: Telogis.GeoBaseRenderContext
The context of the drawing operation. Contains the Map member which can be used to determine geographical coordinates for the drawing area.
