Returns an array of travel times (in seconds) from the specified stop to all other stops.

Parameters

stopNumber
Type: SystemInt32
The number of the stop to calculate travel times from.
maxStops
Type: SystemInt32
The maximum number of stops.
maxCost
Type: Telogis.GeoBase.RoutingLinkCost
The maximum cost as a LinkCost object.

Return Value

Type: Double
An array of times from a stop to all other stops.
