An IAsyncResult allowing the caller to query the state of the calculation.

Remarks
LocalClusterLayer automatically updates its feature data based on the refresh rate of the IPointFeatureSource supplied to the constructor. Calling this method allows you to force a refresh, even if the point feature source has not expired since the last update.
