Constructs a new default ArrowRenderer object.

Remarks

Default ArrowRenderer object lines are blue, with a width of 3 pixels. The ArrowProperties of the object (the properties of the arrow images rendered over the underlying line) are: length 10px, width 30px, spacing 40px.
